India's first industrial exposure platform — connecting students aged 3-17 with factory visits, tech hubs, hands-on workshops, and national competitions that bring classroom concepts to life.

Classroom learning rarely shows students what knowledge actually looks like in the real world — how a factory runs, how code becomes a product, how science shows up on a shop floor. Schools wanted to offer this kind of experiential exposure but had no structured way to discover, book, and run trips and workshops safely, or to track outcomes across very different age groups. SkillFleet set out to make real-world learning a programmable part of the curriculum for children from pre-K to high school.
TechPillow built SkillFleet as an end-to-end experiential-learning platform spanning four pillars — exposure trips, hands-on workshops, collaborative events, and national competitions. Schools and parents can discover and book industry visits and robotics, coding, and creative workshops, organised across four developmental stages, while the platform handles scheduling, payments, and partner coordination behind the scenes. We also built out a curriculum-aligned AI-workshops track for Grades 1-12 and corporate teams, giving SkillFleet a scalable way to grow from field trips into a full skills ecosystem.
